What to get in touch about
- Help with a purchase— access, sign-in links, receipts, or anything that didn’t work as expected.
- Refunds— the skills are digital and delivered instantly, so once you’ve accessed them the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies (see our Terms). If something’s faulty, not as described, or you haven’t accessed it yet, email us and we’ll put it right.
- Team or multiple seats— tell us how many people and we’ll arrange access.
- A skill request or feedback— what’s missing, what’s wrong, what you’d like to see.
