These terms govern your purchase and use of Skill Locker. By buying, you agree to them. They don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Who we are
Skill Locker is a trading name of Novarly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17344298), with its registered office at 117 Western Avenue, Market Harborough, LE16 9PN. You can contact us at [email protected] or via the contact page.
What you’re buying
Skill Locker sells digital content — skills for Claude Code — which is made available to you immediately after purchase. A licence is granted per personfor your own use; please don’t resell or redistribute the skills. If you need access for several people, email us and we’ll arrange it.
“Lifetime updates” means that, once you’ve bought a skill or bundle, you receive our updates to that content at no extra charge for as long as Skill Locker continues to operate. It is not a guarantee that the product will be available indefinitely.
Your right to cancel and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because the skills are digital content supplied instantly, this right no longer applies once access has begun, where you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right to cancel.
If access has not yet begun, or if the content is faulty or not as described, you remain entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Just email [email protected]and we’ll put it right.
To help you decide before you buy, eight skills are free to trywith no card required. If you’ve already bought individual pillars, your spend counts as credit towards the Full Stack.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged as one-time payments — there is no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Changes to the service
Skill Locker is an actively developed, independent project. We may add, improve, or occasionally retire individual skills over time, and we may update these terms; the “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. If you’re a consumer in another part of the UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
How to complain
If something’s gone wrong, email [email protected]first and we’ll do our best to resolve it. For data-protection matters you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
