Ad Copy Generator

Most ad accounts test variations of the same message — five ways to say 'buy our product'. Winning accounts test fundamentally different angles. The Ad Copy Generator writes 10 ads built on 10 different psychological approaches, sized to platform character limits, ready to drop into a testing matrix.

What this skill does

The difference between a 1.5x ROAS and a 4x ROAS is usually not the wording — it's whether you tested the right angle. Pain agitation lands hard with one audience. Identity ("for people who already know X") lands with another. Curiosity beats both for cold traffic. You can't know which one is yours until the data tells you, and the data can't tell you anything if you only ever ran variations of "Buy Now — Limited Time".

The skill generates 10 ads built on 10 fundamentally different psychological approaches: pain agitation, social proof, before/after, urgency, us vs them, identity, curiosity, storytelling, logic, FOMO. Each one is a different reason to buy, not a different way to say the same thing. Every variant is written to the exact character limits of the platform you specified — Meta primary text under 125 visible chars, Google headlines at 30, TikTok ad text at 100 with a 15-30 second script direction. Truncated ads look amateur; the skill writes to fit, doesn't write and cut.

Angles get matched to funnel stage. Pain and curiosity work for cold audiences. Social proof and urgency work for warm. Before/after and FOMO are retargeting angles — they only land when the viewer already knows the product exists. If you ask for 10 cold-traffic ads but the campaign is retargeting, the skill flags that and rebuilds the slate. Phase 1 recommendations adapt accordingly: cold traffic leads with Pain, Curiosity, Identity; warm leads with Social Proof, Before/After, FOMO.

The output isn't 10 ads to pick a favourite from. It's a testing matrix with a phased plan: weeks 1-2 test the three most-different angles to find the winning category, weeks 3-4 test three hook variations within the winner, week 5+ scales and introduces fresh creative before fatigue sets in. Plus an audience-pairing table (which variant suits cold vs warm vs retargeting), creative direction notes per variant, and platform-native warnings — TikTok ads that look like ads die in the feed; the skill writes them to feel editorial.

Honest about limits: no promises of specific ROAS, CPC, or conversion rates. Ad performance depends on creative, targeting, offer, landing page, market conditions, and timing. The skill builds the testing slate. The market decides which angle wins. For compliance-sensitive industries — pharma, financial services, alcohol, gambling, health and wellness — the skill flags which angles need legal review and which claims to strip before launch.
